Creating spaces that add value
Architectural services for education, healthcare, residential and commercial
Highbury Design is a RIBA Chartered Practice located in Warwickshire. Established in 2001, we provide a high quality professional service across different sectors including: education, health, housing, and workplaces.
Our aim with each project is to create value for our clients through site analysis and viability, improving land values, and creating spaces that enhance living and work environments.
All projects whether house extensions, or large commercial developments are managed using ISO 9001:2015 and the RIBA Quality Management Toolkit.
We make sure each project is closely monitored to ensure costs are controlled and deadlines are met across the duration of the project development process.
We follow a defined process for each project, ensuring that we deliver exceptional architecture that truly reflects our clients’ goals, preferences, and budget.
We firmly believe that understanding our clients‘ needs and requirements is crucial to a successful outcome.
Core services
Design and project management
From the initial brief to project delivery - including: design, planning, technical detail and contractor selection. Project management focuses on health and safety compliance, site progress, cost monitoring and overseeing construction.
Site investigation
Assessing a location's conditions, including terrain, and existing structures are crucial to determine its suitability for construction. This ensures any building work is safe and well-suited to the environment.
Feasibility, surveys and site analysis
Generating a detailed assessment of your location, helps us to understand the best way to design for the end-users needs. We evaluate everything from the site's terrain, to local regulations.
Energy assessments
In order to help you understand and improve the energy efficiency of your building, we review and assess to provide solutions that reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
Masterplanning
To understand the long-term scope for a large area like a local community or multi-complex site, we plan everything from the layout of buildings to roads and public spaces. This ensures we meet the future requirements including growth and development
Planning applications and reports
Planning application and reports help navigate the approval process for any proposed projects. We will prepare necessary documents, submitting plans to local authorities, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
