Highbury Design was formed in 2001, and has built up an established reputation for providing high quality architectural design and innovation, with its directors having over 60 years collective experience of the construction industry. A strong client base, coupled with much of the company's workload coming from repeat business has enabled a range of construction consultancy services to be developed. These include; all types of architectural service for any type of project, project management advising on procurement and contractor selection running schemes from inception to completion, health and safety CDM Co-ordination as members of the Association of Project Safety, and accredited SAP energy calculations and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments under Stroma accreditation.

 

The philosophy of the company has always been to provide the best service for its clients, small or large, local or international. All projects whether house extensions, or large commercial developments are managed using ISO:9001:2008 and the RIBA Quality Management Toolkit, where project specific key performance indicators can be adopted and monitored, ensuring costs are controlled and deadlines are met. The ‘safe pair of hands’ service is reinforced by all staff holding the CSCS card, and technical directors holding the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, with Professional Indemnity Insurance in place. The company has; a Health & Safety Policy, an Environmental Sustainability Policy, a policy for Employment and Equal Opportunities, and Training and Personal Development Programmes for its employees to ensure clients are serviced to the highest calibre by staff who enjoy their work.

Using freehand as well as computer generated 3d visualisations, with the latest industry standard Autocad software, our clients can provide references on request to testify as to the consistent high achievements of the company.
