Working with Birmingham City Football Club’s managing director and sales team, the practice used their experience to develop new themes to transform the offering to corporate customers of the club so that initially the corporate boxes in the Kop Stand were refurbished with the plan eventually to overhaul the whole ground. 

Issues included assessing existing historic services and bringing in new ventilation, panoramic glazing and robust finishes with increasing client numbers and expenditure per head at each game. The Club were presented with 3D visualisations walk throughs in assessing and selecting ideas, with programmes for work developed along a rolling programme to minimise downtime of boxes being refurbished to a minimum through the season.
