From brief to build
From your initial brief, the team will listen to your requirements and recommend the best way forward, proposing concepts and formal drafted architectural plans.
After the plans have been agreed, we'll implement the necessary planning, building regulations and construction options, all managed through the RIBA toolkit.
The project then goes through a procurement stage to realise the final cost of the build, complete with a detailed specification, whereafter the construction process begins with regular site visits and client updates all the way through to project completion.
