Highbury Design prepared a detailed design working with the developer, councillors and the owners of the award winning Ebrington Arms pub to create a farmstyle development of housing, which included the creation of a village carpark for the centre of Ebrington serving walkers as well as the public house, whose grounds were improved with a new disabled access ramp.

The dwellings take a on a traditional appearance and are constructed out of stone and stone tiles which are synonymous with to the Cotswolds. Drystone walls demarcate the boundaries and enable this private development to become an extension of the village overall.
