Highbury Design were appointed to develop out a residential scheme bringing together individual rear garden plots together, with individual planning consents, to make a new cul-de-sac development with detached and semi-detached homes in a contemporary style off a shared new access court.

The properties integrated high thermal energy efficiency levels with mixing materials of render and masonry, with feature fenestration glass gables and corner windows for good surveillance and inside out living.  The scheme was completed to a high standard and was successfully marketed with all plots sold quickly in this popular location with innovative but still affordable homes.
