Following obtaining detailed planning consent for a mixed use redevelopment of 8no houses and two industrial units, the practice tendered and managed the procurement of the scheme so that the client’s business were providing with a new engineering production unit, with a further building to rent out for income. The scheme was undertaken with the company leading the consultant team with new services.
