Following working with Art Contracts specialist flat to pitch roofing contractors on schemes for various local authorities such as Salisbury Council, designs were put together on various apartment blocks to replace flat roofing with new pitched roofs with lightweight aluminium trusses made up on site, along with window and render replacement works. 

The scheme also including works to communal spaces and new fire compartmentation as well as thermal upgrades to reduce Co2 emissions.  The company acting as lead consultant prepared planning applications and building regulations with the consultant team whilst also providing drone services internally for monitoring the works programmes.
