Studley sports and social club new sports hall, facilities and 50 Houses

Following competition, the practice were selected out of four consortia based on a qualitative and financial appraisal to redevelop the Studley Parish Council’s failing sports club and effectively work with Sports England to create 50 new dwellings to enable through sales a new £1million sports building with associated new pitches.

Government funding was obtained with Locality for Highbury Design to lead ten specialist consultant teams and reports.  The scheme included creating new highway infrastructure working with Warwickshire Highways with 19no affordable houses for the local community meeting low carbon targets.
