The company were tasked with developing designs to refurbish the complete tea hall for Twinings site at Andover which with the closure of the Newcastle plant became the main UK base for the company. 

The work included modernising the production hall and working with plant, robot and conveyor equipment suppliers so that new hygienic wall panelling was used throughout with new flooring and ceilings with energy efficient lighting to the historic site. Externally a new loading area in the storage facility was created with visitors entrance building and car park. Work included creating a video presentation of the whole development with new branding for the site.
