Good Hope Hospital
Highbury Design were appointed from concept to completion, effectively working for Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust with the scheme procured under the Procure 21 initiative. Leading the design team, the company undertook works to relocate medical records and the main restaurant, creating a new bridge link to a new four storey ward block extending the A&E department with new ambulance entrance.
The building was developed with Room Data Sheets and detailed 1:20 room layouts and elevations for each of the rooms of the building, with the scheme being featured in the RIBA Yearbook and winning a Birmingham City Council award.
