Intermediate Care Centre

Following originally designing the intermediate care centre at Leosowes as only the second Procure 21 scheme in the country in the early 2000s, Gary Phillips leading the company undertook refurbishment work to effectively develop the evolving service further with new facilities and improvements in the general amenities. The building one of the first of its type in the country as a step down facility for those coming out of hospital following stroke and other illness where they could be cared for so as to develop the skills to return home. Work included a scoping feasibility studies so as to extend the building for palliative care purposes.
